I will praise you God; you have embroidered me; For all these myst’ries I thank you. You have created every part of me;  You’ve made me wonderful, you’ve made me wonderful.

    Thank you Pu!

Your photos of Bali I remember well! Gave me just a hint of the peace that gently rained on you. Your trip to Hildegard of Bingen! The deep soul searching grief for the loss of Shane really spoke to me of such a loving and giving mother and person that you are. Blessings always. Your whole blog is lovely.

I must get back to mine.

For the past couple of years Aylmer has been hit with flooding and tornados/ The lovely bike path that you travelled on was completely flooded over two years ago and this year. It will be restored hopefully this July for it is completely unusable. Although our house did not flood, our neighbours across the main road had flooding and Rick and I became masters at filling sand bags. LOL

The tornado that happened last year came 2 kim (just over a mile) from our home. We never have tornados. Another one passed through just a couple of weeks ago but this time it was a bit farther north.

I think of your fund raiser for your birthday and I see what a gift that is.

I apologize for not contributing to it for there is so much help needed for our flood victims and our tornado victims. It is inspirational though! Thank you! Rick and I collect offerings for the Women’s shelter here in Aylmer when we have our Annual Ugly Sweater Christmas Party and we are thinking of doing it for our Hawaiian Birthday party each February.

Our family is fine and the grandkids are growing so fast. Amy and Pat bought a house and that keeps them busy. Amy is a proud Mama of a Doberman Pincer named Lex. He is a year old and is quite large. I call him My Little Pony! He is such a sweetheart.

My brother had heart surgery in January and he is doing well.

Keep well dear sister and continue to share stories and photos of your travels.

    Blessings, Deborah

p.s. we are going camping with the gang this coming weekend so I will give them your greetings! Namaste! A photo of our backyard
